Lawn bowls is a prominent sport within the operation of Port Bouvard Recreation & Sporting Club Inc. The Bowling Club is one of many clubs in the area whose Bowls WA umbrella body is the Murray Districts Bowling League. Lawn bowls brings together players of all ages, creating a friendly and inclusive sporting community at Port Bouvard.

Three synthetic greens cater for a variety of both social and competition events across men’s, ladies’, and mixed bowls. Whilst summer is the main competition season, a variety of events are available to those who wish to play lawn bowls during the winter also.

Mixed social events are held regularly. For those interested in taking up the game, we can offer six free lessons with all equipment supplied. This coaching takes place on Fridays from 8.30am – 10.30am all year, and also Mondays at 1.30pm in the summer.
