WELCOME TO PORT BOUVARD RECREATION & SPORTING CLUB

Offering A Choice of Social, Sporting & Recreational Activities

All in One Cub

The Port Bouvard Recreation & Sporting Club Inc. is a not-for-profit organisation located on top of the hill in the picturesque, estuary suburb of Dawesville in the Peel region.

Our multi activity Club offers a diverse range of social, recreational & sporting opportunities for all ages & interests. The Dawesville Clubhouse and separate Sailing Clubhouse (adjacent the Dawesville Channel) have panoramic views of the Dawesville Channel, Peel and Harvey estuaries.

Our function and meeting room, alfresco BBQ area, fully licensed bar and catered facilities, are considered a premier venue location in the Peel region. We can host a range of member and private function events in a spectacular and unique environment.

Our sports facilities provide for participation in Lawn Bowls, Croquet, Sailing, and Tennis. Alternatively, try one of our many recreational activities such as Keep Fit, Line Dancing, Art Groups, Mahjong, Indoor Carpet Bowls, Crafts, Patchwork & Quilting and Darts. Social Members are well catered for and enjoy weekly meals and regular entertainment events in a friendly and fun environment. Our monthly markets cater for the local community.

Co-located at the club are the Dawesville Branches of the RSL and community volunteer group – Men of the Trees, Peel Branch.

We encourage community engagement in our Club and offer a number of free sessions, eg bowls coaching, to potential members to trial some of our activities before deciding on what level of membership best suits your needs.

New members and visitors are always made to feel welcome, so next time you are in the area please feel free to come into our Clubhouse to meet one of our friendly administration team who will be happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have.
